Le Tour De France

I am no cyclist,I'm too lazy for that, one day I might get in to it, although there has been several false dawns! I do love watching stuff in the Velodrome though and Le Tour De France.

Le Tour is probably the most underrated sporting event in the UK, I'm not quite why we don't get in to it as much as other country's, but what they do is so impressive, really pushing what is physically impossible.

A lot of you wont know much about it, so I will urge you to put ITV 4 on today from 2:30 and watch should be the deciding stage of this years race. It will be a battle between current leader Alberto Contador and second place Andy Schleck to the finish at the top of the 2114 metre Col Du Tourmalet, the end of a stage that has 3611 metres of climbing in total.

Impressive.

Watch it.
